他のお客さんの支払いの遅延が、商品が出荷できなかった事は、僕たちは理解しています。
しかし、彼には、この情報を伝えていないので、商品代金を支払っているのに商品の入荷が遅れているので、
不満を言っております。即納品できる発注を考えています。
しかし、今回の発注は、商品が倉庫に入荷した事を確認してから、商品代金を支払いでお願いできませんか。
また、商品の仕入れ価格は、前回発注した価格で同じでお願いします。
この２点の条件を受け入れて頂けるのなら、メーカーに在庫確認お願い致します。

We have understood that the product was not shipped out because of delay of other customer's payment.
Since I did not inform him this fact, however, he is complaining that the product's shipment is delayed even though the payment had been completed. So, he is considering to order the products that can be delivered immediately.
As for this order, could you allow us to pay for the product after confirming that products arrived at the warehouse? Also, we would like you to set the same price as before.
If you can accept these two conditions, please check the stock with the manufacturer.
