返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
購入いただいたitemの到着まで時間がかかりすぎているので、現在郵便局に追跡調査の依頼をしているところです。回答まではしばらく時間がかかりそうです。
差し支えなければ１０月１９日までお待ちいたけませんか？もし１０月１９日までに荷物が到着しない場合、または郵便局から連絡がない場合、全額を返金いたします。
もしその後、itemが到着したらお手数ですがお支払をお願い致します。

I am sorry for my late reply.
As it is taking too much time for the item which you bought to arrive at me, I am requesting the post office to track the package. It would take some more time to get their response. Can you please wait till October 19th, if you don"t mind? If the package is not delivered by October 19th, or we cannot get any response from the post office, I will issue a full refund.
If the item is delivered after that, I am sorry for bothering you, but I would like you to make payment.
