発送期日が来たのでこの注文をキャンセルしましたがこれに関して私に責任はありません

After I received following e-mail from you, I replied to you several times to ask you to make official cancellation request, but I could not get any response from you. So I have cancelled your order.
I appreciate if you understand the situation mentioned above.
As the customer sent an e-mail mentioned below, I replied back to the customer many times to ask him to make a cancellation request officially. But I have not received any response from the customer.
As the due date of the delivery is over, I cancelled the order. But I am not responsible for this.
I am worried about the possibility that the cancellation rate would get worse.
Please investigate this order further, and provide an appropriate evaluation on it.
