Without knowing Japanese it is very difficult to get things done in Japan. An increase in services to assist foreign companies and workers would be welcome.

I hope Japan always have English speaking staff especially on government offices.

Japan is not flexible Too many useless rules

Japanese businesses and transportation facilities need to offer more free WiFi. We need to offer a larger variety of ethnic experiences and established restaurants, that reflect a country's true culture, not Japan's image of that culture. Japan is completely lacking in the equal treatment of genders and the sexualization of female children and overall portrayal of females.
