I received a lot of messages from Japan when I was home and I thought it would not charge me as long as I do not reply back. When I came home,I got my bill worth 200,000yen. I confronted the same shop clerk I talked before and she denied that she told me that I can bring my phone doing nothing to it. I ended up paying the money and cut off my phone.

I am at the train station and can't find the line i need to ride, i asked a staff in english but they can't understand me.

The year-end tax forms, and accompanying guidelines, are in Japanese. I later received a corrected form in the mail because I had made serious errors in my tax forms and had to rush to send the form in to make the deadline.

日本からたくさんメッセージがくるため、家にいるときは電話に出さえしなければ課金されることはないだろうと思っていました。いざ帰宅してみると電話料金は２０万円にまで膨らんでいました。同じショップの店員に、以前相談したんですがこれはどういうことですかと聞いたところ、携帯を何も操作せずに持ってきてくださいと言われました。結局電話料金を支払わされ、解約しました。

電車の駅でどの路線に乗ればいいかわからず、英語で駅職員に聞いたが理解してもらえませんでした。

年末調整の書類と付随するガイドラインは日本語で書かれています。提出後修正用紙が郵送されてきました。理由は書類上で深刻な誤りがあったため締め切りに間に合うよう急いで書類を送付したとのことでした。
