先日注文した商品数より少ない商品数で届いたと連絡しました。しかし再度こちらで数量確認をしましたところ、注文した2個が届いていることを確認しました。そのためそちらで発送数量の確認をしていただく必要はなくなりました。こちらの間違いでご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ありませんでした。

I contacted you that the quantity of the product I have received was fewer than what I had ordered. However, as I confirmed the quantity again, I found out those two pieces I ordered have been received here. Therefore, there is no more need to ask you to confirm the shipping quantity anymore. I apologize for my mistake and the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
