7月20日に購入した商品ですが
一番大きいボディ用ヘッドが接触不良により動作しません。
動画を添付したので確認してください。
3カ月保証と聞いているのでヘッドを以下の住所まで送ってください。
ヘッドに傷があり中古ではないかと問い合わせがありました。
お客様の送料を私が負担しているので100ドルを一部返金していただきたです。
もし無理であれ80ドルの請求で我慢します。
不良品に180ドルも支払うのは納得していません。
請求するpaypalアカウントのメールアドレスを教えてください。
Regarding the item we purchased on 20 July, the head for the biggest body does not operate properly due to bad cohesion.
Please have a look at the video attached.
Please send the head at the following address as I believe we have a 3-month warranty.
We have been inquired if the head is used as it has got a scratch.
I had paid $100 for my customer's shipping cost, so please refund that.
If that is not possible, I accept $80.
I cannot agree to pay $180 for an unsatisfactory item.
