佐藤：色いろご配慮いただき、有り難く思う。財務部長会議では、ＩＢＭ・ＥＲＰの利用をＮＥＣグループ各社に対して強く推奨してもらいたい。ある程度、持株会社から強制的に利用させるような仕組みにしてもらうと有り難い。
山田：了解した。上場会社に対する法律の問題もあるので、一方的に強制することは難しいが、実質的、或いは、半強制的に、ＩＢＭ・ＥＲＰをグループ各社に使わせるような形に持っていきたい。

英語

Sato: Thank you for your various consideration. I would like you to push hard to NEC group the usage of IBM/ERP during the Finance Directors meeting. I would appreciate it if you could take a form that the holding company will force the usage.
Yamada: I understand. As there is a regulation regarding the companies listed on the stock market. it is difficult to force them one sided way. But I would like to literally make it force them or close to forcing them to use IBM/ERP to each group company.
