また変圧器を使っても動作しないので初期不良と考えます。

明らかに中古とわかるような商品を送ってこないでください。
日本人は少しでも傷がついているとクレーム申請します。
検品を必ず行い送っていただけますか？
送料がかかり御社にとっても損失が大きくなりお互いメリットがありません。

I have confirmed with the following tracking number that the package arrived
by. Please notify me of the e-mail address for billing as I will charge the shipment charges on
Paypal.

The product does not work even it gets connected to another outlet.
I consider this an initial failure since it does not work even with
a transformer. Please send the unit to the following address.

Please do not send me anything that is quite obvious as a used one.
Japanese clients complain even with small scratches on the product.
Please remember to inspect the product before you ship it, will you?
