商品の受注及び商品の発送はすべてアマゾンが行っており、私どもが発送処理をしているわけではありません。
おそらくアマゾンのミスだと思いますので、アマゾンへ確認をしてみます。
アマゾンから何も対応がないようでしたら、商品代金の返金で私どもが対応いたします。


こちらのオーダーＩＤで発送商品の間違いがあったようです。あなたたちの方で返金もしくは正しい商品の再発送処理は
可能でしょうか？このようなクレームの場合は私どもが対応するのでしょうか？

Probably Amazon's mistake so I will ask Amazon.
If Amazon does not react anything I will refund the cost of items.

Wrong item was delivered the order ID here. Can you refund me or send correct item?
