It is OK that my place of work is Disney Parks and Resorts. Also, it is the transfer, not the business trip. If the insurance covers it, please book the hospital. I don't have the pills for the high blood pressure that I brought from Japan any more, so please arrange it earlier. Should I bring the attached entry sheet to the hospital? Thank you in advance.
