高血圧の薬をもらいに病院に行きたいのですが、 そろそろ日本から持ってきた薬が無くなってしまうので、詳細を相談したく思います。あらかじめ医師の予約が必要なのでしょうか？病院の行き先も分からないし、電話での通訳を介してお話しをしたく思います。スケジュールを立てて頂けないでしょうか。

I would like to visit a hospital to see a doctor and get medicine for high-blood pressure. I would like to talk about details with the doctor because my medicine brought from Japan is running short soon.
Would it be necessary to make an appointment in advance? As I have no idea even how to visit an hospital, I would like to talk with a doctor with the help from an interpreter on the phone. Can you please schedule a plan for me?
