We are very sorry for the late reply.

As to the matter that you paid $2.99 in addition as the option price,
our dispatch staff made mistake and had sent in a normal delivery without registration.
So , there is no tracking number.

Because there can be rare case that they lose or send back to us during delivery,
so as not that you suffer, we return the commodity price and $2.99 for the shipping option just in case.
