返品していただければ、こちらで工場に交渉して、不良品ではない製品と交換できるかもしれません。工場が交換を受け入れなかった場合は、こちらで新たに新品を購入してお届けいたします。

不良品に気がつかずに発送してしまい、申し訳ありません。送料や関税については、明日ご連絡いたしますので、お待ちください。

I looked at the picture. I believe that it has been the defective item since it was shipped from the factory.

Once you return the item, we will negotiate with the factory and might be able to replace it with a new one which is not defective. If the factory refused the negotiation. we will buy a new item for you and send it to you.
