本日 日本政府に書類の判子をもらいました。ですが、貴方に以前送った輸出書類を全て新しく作り直す様に、日本政府から言われたので作り直して 新たに判子をもらっています。書類のチェックをお願いします。本日EMSで全ての書類を送ります。昨日 添加物のリストをメールしまたが確認できましたか？日本語のリストしかございません。
書類の送り先を大至急メール下さい。後2時間で郵便局が閉まってしまいます。よろしくお願いします。

Today I obtained the approved signature for the document from Japanese Government. But I was told to make all documents for exportation which I sent to you before again, and I followed it and obtained the signature anew. Can you please check the documents? I will send them to you by EMS today. Have you confirmed the list of the additives which I sent to you yesterday? I only have the list written in Japanese.
Please tell me the recipient's address of the documents by e-mail as soon as possible. The post office will be closed in two hours. I appreciate your help.
