この商品が不良品だった為商品代金50％と税金を返して頂けるとのことでしたが
まだ返金していただいておりません。
3～5営業日に返金されるとのことですがもう10日過ぎています。
いつ返金して頂けますか。

I should have received half price refund including tax due to I got a defective one, however I haven't got them yet.
The fixed date is now ten days late despite that refund policies allows me to get refund within three to five working days.
I would like to know when I can get them.
