ただ戻ってくる配送の途中で機器が破損してしまったようです。
郵便局からの保証を受けるつもりでいますが、
同じ商品をあなたにお届けすることができなくなってしまいました。
お支払い頂いた商品代金($51)＋送料($23)　合計(74$)をあなたに返金しないといけませんので、
大変申し訳ございませんが、キャンセル手続きをして頂けますでしょうか？
キャンセル可能な期日を過ぎた場合は手続きができなくなるようですので早めにお願いします。

NF-1 you bought has been returned to Japan.
However, it looks like the device got damaged during return transportation.
I will have post office cover it, but I will not be able to send the same item to you.
I have to make refund for the total amount ($74) including amount of item ($51) and shipping charge ($23), so I'm very afraid to take your time but will you kindly process cancellation?
