まず初めにこの度はお届けした商品に問題があった事心からお詫び申し上げます
白の箱に関してこれは輸送用の箱ですので当店に入荷時点で各仕入先の判断にて開封されている事が多くその場合も箱がある物と同様に販売しています
Figmaの箱にFactory sealが無かったのですか？私自身が全ての商品を検品しており封印が無いというのは私が日本からアマゾンへ出荷した時点と状態が変わっています
もしかしたら以前にあった返品の際に開封された物をアマゾンが新品として在庫に戻してしまったのかもしれません

Do you mean that Factory Seal was not attached to Figma box? As I am the one who inspects the entire items, I can say if the box did not come with the seal it is obviously different from the condition when it was sent from Japan to Amazon.
Perhaps Amazon might have put a returned item to the inventory as a new item.
