まず初めにこの度はお届けした商品に問題があった事心からお詫び申し上げます
白の箱に関してこれは輸送用の箱ですので当店に入荷時点で各仕入先の判断にて開封されている事が多くその場合も箱がある物と同様に販売しています
Figmaの箱にFactory sealが無かったのですか？私自身が全ての商品を検品しており封印が無いというのは私が日本からアマゾンへ出荷した時点と状態が変わっています
もしかしたら以前にあった返品の際に開封された物をアマゾンが新品として在庫に戻してしまったのかもしれません

First of all, now we sincerely apologize in case of the defect item which deliverd.
This is the shipping box related a white one, so it mostly is opened by each marketer's judgement at the point it is deliverd to us. In the case, it is sold as the same item which has a box.
Was a Figma box put up a Factory seal ? I'm inspecting all item myself and it is not sticked the seal. This case changes the point and condition we delivered it from Japan to Amazon.
Amazon may have backed the opened item as a new one to the stock when I returned the item previously.
