昨日、商品の受け取りが完了しました。

しかし、残念なお知らせがあります。
ナットの精度が悪い為、上手くボルトがナット収まりません。
購入した商品15パックのうち2パックを検品しましたが、既に4個のナットに異常が見られます。

引き続き検品することにより、1パック中2個の不良品（2個×15パック）があると想定します。
又、わたしが全パック（150個）を検品しなければならない手間を考慮して頂き、4パックの商品代金（EUR 24.00）の返金を強く希望します。

I completely received all of the items yesterday.

But, unfortunately I have a sad news to you.
Because of the poor accuracy of the nuts, the bolts do not fit in the nuts well.
I inspected two packs out of 15 packs of the item I purchased, and I already have found four defective nuts.

I expect that there are two defective nuts in one pack (2 pieces x 15 packs) by inspecting further.
Also, I strongly want you to issue a refund for the amount of the money for four packs of item(EUR 24.00) asking you to take it into your consideration that I have to take time to inspect all of packs (150 pieces).
