昨日、商品の受け取りが完了しました。

しかし、残念なお知らせがあります。
ナットの精度が悪い為、上手くボルトがナット収まりません。
購入した商品15パックのうち2パックを検品しましたが、既に4個のナットに異常が見られます。

引き続き検品することにより、1パック中2個の不良品（2個×15パック）があると想定します。
又、わたしが全パック（150個）を検品しなければならない手間を考慮して頂き、4パックの商品代金（EUR 24.00）の返金を強く希望します。

Yesterday, we received the order.

However, unfortunately I must express a complaint.
Due to the low quality of some of the nuts, bolts do not fit well inside the nuts.
Within the 15 packs purchased, I have inspected 2, however I have already found four nuts that are defective.

In a continued inspection of the products, I estimate that there will be two defective products per pack (2 nuts x 15 packs).
I hope that you can understand that it would require a lot of time take for me to inspect every pack (150 nuts in all), and would like a refund for the value of four packs (EUR 24.00).
