なぜ、商品によって条件が、メーカーから倉庫の費用を請求する時と請求されない時があるのですか。
通常の条件は、契約している倉庫から空港までの費用を負担しない事と商品の出荷手続きを負担しないと言う事では、ないでしょうか。御社が、今回の案件で利益が少ないのは、わかります。次回のオーダーに続ける為なので、今回だけお客さんの希望でオーダーをすすめて頂けませんでしょうか。このお客さんは、オーダーも多く、支払いも早く、商品に対してクレームも無く、非常に取引がしやすいです。

Can I ask why the cost is different by goods? Sometimes the cost of warehouse is required and sometimes not.
On the normal condition, it is hard to think that you do not afford either the cost from contracted warehouse to airport and the cost of shipment procedures. I understand that your company make less profit this time. However in order to continue the next order, can you afford the cost of warehouse for the customer? Because the customer always order a lot and pay quickly, have no claims. Please consider it again for the kind customer.
