またこの会社がどのような経緯で設立をされたのか、社長は誰なのか、資本金はいくらなのか、信用に値するのかを事前に私は事前に通知を受けておりません。第三者に情報を開示するときは通知義務はないにしろ社会通念上、顧客に紹介する企業の情報を通知するのは道義的義務があると考えますがいかがでしょうか。この会社が不動産業界では良くあるケースである反社会的勢力（暴力団、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会運動標榜ゴロ、政治活動標榜ゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等）とつながりがある会社かどうかすらわかりません。

Also, I have not received any information from you, regarding how this company was established, who is the president, how much is capital, and how reliable they are. You don't have obligation to notice me when you disclose information to the third party, but you should have a moral to notice me about information of the company that you introduce to the customer. Could you give me your opinion about this? I don't even know if this company has connection with anti-social force (Gang, Gang-affiliated company, racketeer, pretext of conducting social campaigns or political activities and crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes, etc.) which is usual case in the real-estate industry.
