このセラーに注文し到着した商品は
全く違うデザインの物でしした。
（シャネルのブランドロゴを盗用した100%違反商品でした）
また注文したものと異なるカラーの商品を
30個の注文の内、20個受け取りました。
私は対応策として次の要求をしました
注文通りの商品の再送付か返金を求めました
セラーは要求を一切聞き入れてもらえません
次回の注文時に精算をするという返答です
このセラーは前回も住所の記載ミスをし
私は商品の受け取りが大幅に遅れました
このセラーと取引したくありませんので20個の返金を求めます

The item which I ordered to this seller, and which arrived at me was an item whose design is entirely different.
(It violates the regulation because it was 100% of imitation with the brand logo of Chanel.)
And, I have received 20 pieces in different color from what I ordered out of 30 pieces of the item.
Therefore, I requested below as a counterplan.
I requested the redelivery of the item I ordered, or a full refund.
But, the seller did not accept any of my requests.
They replied that they will make adjustment at the next order.
This seller made mistakes in describing the address last time, so I received the item further later than originally planned.
As I do not want to deal with this seller, I would request you to issue a refund for 20 pieces of the item.
