商品が届いていないという事で返金しましたが、郵便局で調べたら配達済みだそうです
。証拠の書類もあります。メキシコ国内での荷物追跡は出来ないそうですが、配達完了の報告は郵便局より受けています。ebayへも報告します。Pay Palから請求書をお送りしました。早急に支払いをお願いします。

I have the document which proves the delivery. I heard that it is impossible to keep track of the parcel in Mexico, but I have received the report of completion of the delivery from the post office.
