注文番号０１１番で、お客さんが私が売った製品を”Fake”と主張したためアマゾンで出品がブロックされました。

しかし、こちらの商品は間違いなく日本から送った本物の商品です
ブロックされた出品をreactivateしようとおもうのですが、その前に今FBA倉庫にある在庫を一回確認していただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？
偽物ではないとすぐわかると思います
もしくは間違って別の製品のバーコードシールを張っているということはないでしょうか？
一度FBA倉庫の在庫を確認していただけると助かります

Since the customer claimed that the product I sold is "Fake" for the order number 011, my article on exhibition have been blocked in Amazon.
