注文番号０１１番で、お客さんが私が売った製品を”Fake”と主張したためアマゾンで出品がブロックされました。

しかし、こちらの商品は間違いなく日本から送った本物の商品です
ブロックされた出品をreactivateしようとおもうのですが、その前に今FBA倉庫にある在庫を一回確認していただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？
偽物ではないとすぐわかると思います
もしくは間違って別の製品のバーコードシールを張っているということはないでしょうか？
一度FBA倉庫の在庫を確認していただけると助かります

Regarding the order number 011, the customer claimed that the item I sold to the customer was "Fake", so my listing has been blocked at Amazon.

However, the item I sent to the customer is truly genuine item sent from Japan.
I would like to reactivate my listing, but, before that, can you please check the inventory in FBA warehouse once now?
You can easily see they are not fake at a glance.
Or, could it be that an incorrect bar code label of other item was put on the item by mistake?
I would appreciate if you can check the inventory in FBA warehouse once.
