クロエさんこんにちは。お返事ありがとうございます。サイトの返品方法を確認したら、配送業者はDHLで返品送料が$60.00と記載されていましたが、送料が高くて驚きました。返品時の送料や手数料はshopbop.comで負担していただけると嬉しいです。かかった送料は商品代金と一緒に返金していただきたいです。また、配送はEMSでも良いですか？

When I checked on the website, it says that the cost of returning the goods is $60, delivered by DHL company, and I am surprised with how expensive that is. It would be great if you could remove its delivery cost and commission, and put it under shopbop.com. At the same time, I would like to receive back the delivery charge with the goods' payment. Also, may I use EMS for the delivery?
