現在、A社の製品はB社という代理店から仕入れをしていますが、C社という日本の正規代理店と直接取引の交渉を行っています。
現状のままだと、B社帳合となり広告予算が十分に得られない可能性がありますが、C社と期日までに直接取引の合意ができれば、A社とのビジネスが大きく変わる見込です。
