お問い合わせ頂いた内容について調査した結果、
弊社で販売している商品には封筒が付属していないことが判明しました。
便箋のみの商品でした。

商品カタログ説明には便箋付きと記載があるため、弊社の確認ミスでした。
この商品のEANコードは本来、便箋単品の商品なのですが
Amazonでは封筒付きで出品されているため、気がつきませんでした。
