私達は10.5"の商品を12"と取り違えて納品してしまったようです。

本来であれば12"の商品と交換させて頂きたいところなのですが、
こちらの商品はメーカーから廃盤となった商品のため、手配ができませんでした。

先ほど、商品代金を全額ご返金させて頂きました。
お手数ですが商品をご返送頂けますでしょうか。
