AtoZについてです。
私はバイヤーに商品を再発送することを伝えて謝罪しました。
その後バイヤーと交渉してAtoZ取り下げてもらったはずです。
にも関わらず自動的に返金されてODRも悪化しています。
これはおかしいのではないですか？
至急確認下さい。

This is about AtoZ.
I informed the buyer about resend of item and apologized.
After negotiation with the buyer, AtoZ should have been withdrawn.
Despite of that, refund was made automatically and ODR was deteriorated.
Isn't this strange?
