AtoZについてです。
私はバイヤーに商品を再発送することを伝えて謝罪しました。
その後バイヤーと交渉してAtoZ取り下げてもらったはずです。
にも関わらず自動的に返金されてODRも悪化しています。
これはおかしいのではないですか？
至急確認下さい。

I apologized to the buyer with telling of reshipping the product.
Then, the buyer would cancel AtoZ after I negotiated with him.
But, the cost was automatically refund so ODR are getting worse.
Is this not appropriate deal?
