私は最近、医者から重度の脂肪肝と診断されてしまい、真剣にダイエットに励んでいます。
目標は１０Kgの減量ですが、なんと１ヶ月で5Kgの減量に成功しました！
まだまだ減量を頑張りますが、お互い体は大切にしましょうね

今回は日本市場に対するご意見ご判断を伺いたかったので、あえて私の主観は抜いたシンプルな内容にしましたが、内容が薄かったでしょうか

I was recently diagnosed by a doctor that I have a serious fatty liver, and am trying to lose weight earnestly.
I aim to lose weight by 10 kg, but surprisingly I succeeded in losing 5kg in one month!
I will still try to lose weight, but let both our bodies be taken good care.
