ご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳御座いません。
質問させて下さい。商品の不具合は初期不良でしょうか？それとも輸送時の破損でしょうか？写真にて確認をしたいので写真を添付して頂けますでしょうか？
返金についてですが、商品を返送して頂きましたら、代金の返金をさせて頂きます。
返送の代金はこちらで負担しますので、金額を教えて頂けますでしょうか？
もし、そのまま使用していただけるのでしたら代金の半額を返金させて頂きますが如何でしょうか？
