質問させて下さい。
キャンセルすべき注文を誤ってケースオープンしてしまいました。
その後、キャンセル手続きをしてみたのですがケースがオープンされているのでキャンセルはできないとアラートが出てしまいます。
ケースオープンを取り下げて普通のキャンセルに変更することは可能でしょうか?

私たちは、少しでも関税による負担を減らすために送料を省いた金額を税関に申告しています。
