質問させて下さい。
キャンセルすべき注文を誤ってケースオープンしてしまいました。
その後、キャンセル手続きをしてみたのですがケースがオープンされているのでキャンセルはできないとアラートが出てしまいます。
ケースオープンを取り下げて普通のキャンセルに変更することは可能でしょうか?

I mistakenly opened the case which I should have canceled.
After that, I tried to cancel it but it says that I cannot cancel because the case is open.
Would it be possible to take the case open down and do a normal cancelation?

The shipping to "OO" is $oo so we write the price excluded this shipping fee.
