このネガティブフィードバックは利用していた自動価格改定ツールとAmazonのAPIの整合性による事故的なものであり、当社のミスによるものではありません。
到底販売不可能な価格で出品され受注をし、それをセラーサポート様のご指導で一括キャンセルさせていただいた結果、このような評価を受けました。

This negative feedback was accidentally left because of automatic price change tool we used and Amazon's API conformity, not our fault.
Orders were placed at the listing price which is impossible for us to deal with, and as a result of cancelling all of them following instruction from seller support, we received such feedback.
