本日、下記の商品を受け取りました。

ピローケースに入れてもらうように頼んだ刺繍に問題がありました。
通常刺繍が入る角度から、90度回転した向きに刺繍が入っていました。
正しい方向に刺繍を入れた商品を送ってくれますか？


また、昨日のメールはチェックしてくれてますか？
もう一度、要件を送ります。
以下のオーダーの商品が届いておりません。

インボイスも送られてきていないので、まだ未発送かと思います。

お客さんをだいぶ待たせてしまっているんで、明日までにはこれらの刺繍入り商品を出荷をして欲しいです。

Today, I received following item.

There was a problem in the stitch in the pillow case I asked to put it in.
The stitch was made in the different direction from what was expected by 90 degree.
Can you please send an item with the stitch which is correctly made?

Also, have you checked the email sent from me yesterday?
I am sending the topic again.
The item of following order has not been delivered yet.

As I have not received the invoice, either, I think you have not shipped the item yet.

As I have been making my customer keep waiting so long, I would like you to ship the items with the stitch by the end of tomorrow.
