て大幅に変わることがよくあります。正確な予定を知りたければ私に連絡をくだ
さい。私からＡに連絡を取り、空いている日時をいくつか挙げてもらいます。また、
直接Ａにメールし、Ａからの返信が遅い場合も私からどうなっているのか尋ねることもできますので、困ったときは連絡をください。事務的なことであれば、私の方で調べたり、手配できることがあるかもしれませんので、遠慮なくメールください。

A always lets us know the schedule for the next 1 or 2 weeks but it often changes a lot just the days before. If you would like to know the exact schedule, please contact me. I will contact A and get some days available. Also I can ask about the situation even you don't get reply from A so you can contact me any time.
