今回の経緯を説明しても状況は変わりません。
私たちも色々しましたが、FDAは販売を許可しませんでした。
それどころか、衛生上の問題で商品は没収、破棄処分命令が出されました。
私達はすごく困っています。

We tried a lot, but FDA did not allow us to sell the product.
Even worse, the products were forfeit due to sanity reason, and they ordered us to abandon them.
We are really embarrassed.
