A社の計画が公表された時に、新しい体制の下で今回のトライアルを進めようとしているB社が大きく混乱するのではないかと、私は非常に心配しています。
仮にそのような事態になったとしても、私は、A社とB社の信頼関係が崩れないように、更に力を発揮したいと思います。

I am much afraid that Company B that is going forward to perform the trial this time under a new organization might be extremely confused when the plan of Company A is launched.
