ノズルの件ですが私も気になったので調べました
このドライヤーには通常のnaと日本の家電量販店モデルのcnaがあります
na（画像１）はクリアノズル、cna（画像２）はピンクノズルが付属する様です
cnaはノズルの色が違うだけで商品自体や性能はnaと同じ物のようです
少し見にくいですが商品画像の品番が違う事が見て分かると思います

Regarding the nozzle, I was worried too so I researched too.
This dryer has a normal na and a cna for models sold in electronic departments stores in Japan.
na (image 1) is a clear nozzle, cna (image 2) is a pink nozzle attached.
sna differs only its color but the capacity is the same to na.
It is not easy to see but in the image you can see the serial number is different.
