Below is my answer to the questions.
1. We think that it is a good program for that we can see more precisely Ken's ability and social skills sharing by the teachers and parents, and we can find the problems and other things which need to be corrected.
2. Because the teachers give advices and set short goals, I now am not feeling lost of what to do.
3. It is helpful for both Ken and his parents.
5. His teacher decides.
