このたびは、大変申し訳ございません。
今回の問題の原因は、御社ブランド商品への認識の甘さがあったと思います。
そこで私を含め、全スタッフで当店の全商品16万アイテムをすべてチェックしました。
御社ブランドの商品"JBL"”harman””yurbuds”など関連はすべて削除をいたしました。
削除の過程で、当店のブランド認識の甘さも再確認することができました。

In the process of our removal, we could reconfirm that our recognition of the brand is poor and insufficient.
