今回の取引について整理させていただきたいと思います。
まず、あなたから返品依頼のメールをいただきました。
これは、商品がお手元へ到着したから連絡をいただいたと理解しております。
事実、当店ではご自宅への商品到着を確認しております。
添付画像とwebサイトをご覧ください。
それに対して当店から、ルールに即した返金のご提案をさせていただきました。
その後、商品が届いていないということで再度ご連絡をいただきましたが
到着が確認できているのに、到着していないという連絡はおかしくないでしょうか。

We understood that you had already received the item by then.
We did confirm that the item had arrived at your home.
Please see the attached image and the website.
Then, we suggested to make a refund according to the rule.
However, you contacted us again saying that you had not received the item.
I'm afraid that I find it strange that you insisted that you had not received it while we did confirm the arrival of the item at your home.
