まず、あなたから返品依頼のメールをいただきました。
これは、商品がお手元へ到着したから連絡をいただいたと理解しております。
事実、当店ではご自宅への商品到着を確認しております。
添付画像とwebサイトをご覧ください。
それに対して当店から、ルールに即した返金のご提案をさせていただきました。
その後、商品が届いていないということで再度ご連絡をいただきましたが
到着が確認できているのに、到着していないという連絡はおかしくないでしょうか。

The fact is that we have confirmed of arrival of the product at your resident.
Please take a look at the picture attached and the website.
We have offered our proposal of refund according to the contract upon your request.
After that, we received your mail again telling that you have not received the purchase.
It is something wrong that you claims that you didn't receive it after we confirmed the arrival of it at your site.
