①個人の住宅を建てる会社
②政府系にコネクションがあればなお良い
③買収金額は、数億円以内
このような会社をご存じでしたら、ご紹介お願いできますでしょうか？
ちなみに、買手の会社は、地盤の調査をやっている会社です。
１９～２０日に、ホーチミンに行くので、現地訪問も可能です。

2. the governmental connection is preferred
