こちらの商品は、新品か中古品どちらでしょうか？
商品の説明欄にNEWと記載が有りましたので、すぐに落札しましたが、題名をよく見るとusedとも書かれていました。もしusedでしたら申し訳ありませんが、落札の取り消しをお願いします。

Is this item new or used?
The item details say that it's new, and hence I placed a bid. But looking at it again, it also says "used".
If it is used then I'm afraid I'm going to have to request for my bid to be cancelled.
