unpaid caseがオープンしましたが、今回のケースは不当です。私は下記のように相手方にインボイスを送るよう働きかけを行い、ペイパルで本来売り手が時間を割かねばならないところを、買い手である私がペイパルに電話で相談して、どうにか相手方が私にインボイスを送ってくれるよう働きかけました。それにも関わらず、相手方はunpaid case をオープンしてきました。非常に心外であります。

An unpaid case is open and this case is unjust. I asked the seller to send an invoice, and I, a buyer, made a phone call to PayPal to ask for a help so that I could get an invoice from him. This is actually his job to make time and do this. And yet, the seller has opened the unpaid case. I am very unhappy about this.
